Marketing Director

Attention Rockstars! We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Director. This role is responsible for assisting the Graphic Designers, Videographers and Video Editors, Website and Funnel Builders, Email Marketers, and Social Media Managers within Department 4, being a ruthless product officer who names, wants, and gets specific products completed and out of the department, ensuring that there is a 5-Star exchange with the Organization and the Public.

PURPOSE: To Increase awareness and skill sets for the public we serve.
PURPOSE: To make a significant difference in the quality of life of people not reaching their potential and those often left behind.
PURPOSE: To produce and develop Millionaire closers.

Responsibilities:
Manage marketing projects using Asana to ensure they are completed on schedule.
Efficiently and accurately overseeing social media platforms.
Provide strategic leadership by developing strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams.
Present marketing project updates during Executive meetings and lead team meetings for the marketing department.
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies for effective brand development.
Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels for effective marketing efforts.
Analyze consumer behavior and define customer personas for targeted marketing approaches.
Monitor competitors for acquisitions, pricing changes, and the introduction of new products and features.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements:
Possess work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably in the Digital Marketing industry.
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of at least 5 people.
Strategic goal-setting and prioritization.
Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns.
Proficient in ClickFunnels and CRM software (GoHighLevel).
In-depth knowledge of social media trends on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Analyze marketing data, trends, and consumer insights with strong analytical skills
