About Us:
We are a family-owned business operating in two sectors: roofing, water damage, and mold remediation, and pest control. Each company has its unique marketing system, but we share a social media manager. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Director to develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with both companies’ goals and maximizes our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Take a comprehensive look at the current marketing systems of both companies and develop a cohesive strategy that enhances brand visibility and customer engagement across both businesses.
Coordination with Teams: Work closely with the social media manager and other marketing team members to ensure a unified approach across all platforms.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors’ strategies to inform marketing decisions.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports to the company owners.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through various marketing initiatives.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the companies at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a director-level role. Experience in both digital and traditional marketing is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adapt to different time zones.
