About the Role
The Marketing Director is a key strategic leadership role in FPI. The Marketing Director is in charge of creating and implementing marketing strategies and funnels, with the ultimate goal of generating leads and converting them into sales.
Job responsibilities:
Create marketing and content strategies that will be implemented across all marketing channels (Website, Social Media, Emails, Videos).
Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing goals with the CEO and COS.
Oversee the creation of editorial and social media calendars.
Create and manage KPIs for the marketing team.
Facilitate weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
Facilitate periodic performance reviews
Manage weekly scorecards
Oversee the paid ads run by the ads specialist – ensure that our ad spend is generating leads and customers
Review marketing analytics reports and propose a strategy on how to improve
Maximize the CEO’s speaking events (podcasts, summits, etc.) to generate leads and engage existing leads and clients
Attend team meetings for discussions and collaborations.
Compensation
Php 80-100,000 per month, depending on experience
(with a monthly Internet allowance)
