Job Overview
As a thriving seven-figure startup, we aim to expand our market presence and grow our annual e-commerce revenues to eight figures and beyond. We seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead this effort.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Drive the company’s annual e-commerce revenues to $10M+ through innovative marketing strategies.
Strategy Development: Create, implement, and refine a robust marketing strategy aligning with growth objectives.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Channel Strategy: Execute marketing strategies across paid and organic social media, paid search, SEO, PR, affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and CRO.
Brand Development: Oversee brand message development and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer needs, using this data to refine strategies.
Product Launches: Lead marketing efforts for new product launches, ensuring successful market introduction.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, utilizing feedback to improve products and services.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and lead a team of marketing managers, setting clear goals and ensuring cohesive team performance.
Performance Assessment: Monitor and assess marketing spend, identifying areas for improvement and reallocating resources as needed.
Reporting & Metrics: Establish a comprehensive reporting system to track performance metrics, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record of managing a seven-figure annual marketing budget and growing an e-commerce brand to $10M in annual revenue and beyond.
Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing holistic marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels.
