Marketing Director/ Project manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Design: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and drive results.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on project management, account management, and advertising.

Strong understanding of effective marketing design principles.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
