Marketing Executive

Company Overview:

You will be working for a forward-thinking Company that provides outsourced Marketing and Sales Services to the US and UK markets.

Specifically, you will be supporting the VP of Marketing for our largest US client with marketing services to aid in their client acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate and learn a wide range of marketing skills, providing great career progression.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting event marketing, social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, prospect list management, and aiding the sales team with sales and training materials. The role involves handling various marketing tasks, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Event Marketing
*Build a list of event attendees and perform email marketing to support the attending sales members in booking meetings at the event.
*Clone and modify event templates.
*Upload event attendees to Apollo and manually find and add additional attendees.
*Enrich email attendees and send pre and post-event emails.
*Export attendee LinkedIn profiles and upload them to Dripify for campaigns.
*Create and manage event-related social media posts and images.

Social Media Marketing
*Create Canva images and posts for events.
*Utilize Opus Clip to create clips from webinars/videos.
*Check captions, apply branding templates, and upload to Clipchamp.
*Create and add thumbnails, trim videos, and manage video uploads.

Founder Marketing
*Develop topic lists and create articles or use content provided by the founder.
*Create and manage a content calendar.
*Publish content using Loomly and respond to comments on posts.
*Create and Manage a Social Media Calendar

Content Marketing
*Create sales and marketing materials for the sales team
*Work with contract Designers to produce digital assets for the website, brochures or LinkedIn posts
*Take transcripts from workshops and meetings and create content on Google Slides or update existing training material
*Rebrand Google Slides and other assets for clients

Evolve corporate messaging and create slides for presentations.
Project manage the website rebrand and work with external designers and website builders.

ABOUT YOU
You are organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach.
You have experience with marketing tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Opus Clip, and Social media management tools like Buffer/Loomly.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You can work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
You will work with a remote team; the CEO and VP of Marketing is based in Dubai.
You will be able to work your local hours.
