We aim to be the number one business in Australia supporting families to achieve financial independence through debt reduction and wealth creation strategies.

The company is set to scale and grow 10 folds in the next 3 years so the right candidate will reap the benefits of their dedication and leadership and be part of the senior management team.

The ideal person to join our team will be responsible for planning, building, and implementing marketing strategies that will support and drive the growth of the brand and the business.

Your Skills:

-Maintain and advocate a highly professional team culture at all times
-Social media planning & content creation (still, reels, video) in line with our brand
-Management of our website through Kajabi, including the creation of content
-EDM creation, management and implementation strategies to grow our membership database
-Creation of marketing collateral
-Generating reports on campaigns and online activities to report to management, including feedback surveys
-Must have a positive mental attitude and the ability and focus to deliver

About you:

1. An extensive background in Marketing is a must with a minimum of 5 years
2. Able to run and interpret Facebook Advertising with proven results
3. Able to create Sales Funnels and Landing pages that convert
4. Lead Generation Super Star
5. Expert in Copywriting
6. Able to create strategies to generate high-converting leads from Social Media Channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Page and possibly Youtube in the future)
7. Able to create 30-days worth of content for all Social Media Platforms
8. Should be a problem solver and can adapt to what the business needs
9. Experience in Kajabi & Go High Level is a must
10. Community Management
11. SEO management
12. Media Buying and Project Management Experience

This role is for an experienced operator to join our leadership team and must have the skills to deliver.
