Marketing Executive

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
2. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
3. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication. Create awareness of and develop the brand you’re marketing.
4. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, newsletter etc.)
5. Sourcing advertisement opportunities in influencers, 3rd party venues (like pubs and clubs), radio or TV and etc. Source and secure sponsorship. Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company
6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
7. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
8. Maintain organization’s social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
9. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Coordinate with other brands for tie-ups in line with the CEO’s vision. Such other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements
1. College Graduate in Marketing or Business-related course
2. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role for at least 3 years. Excellent communication and people skills
3. Working knowledge of major social media platforms like FaceBook, Instagram ,TikTok, Telegram, Livestream etc. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
4. Familiarity with social media marketing and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
5. Knowledge on Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing is an advantage
6. thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
7. Creativity and commercial awareness
8. Highly motivated and team player
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
