As part of the position, you will work with the founders, Ivy League and Oxbridge Mentors and IB Examiners tutors.
Responsibilities
Duties
1) Marketing
• Oversee marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
• Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
• Manage Google Adwords and Analytics account
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram account
• Manage Blog and Website content
• Handle customer enquiries
2) Administrative Duties
• Work with Cross-functional teams to provide support for Enquiries, Operations, and Human resource processes
Job Requirements
• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• Knowledge of business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good attitude towards learning and culture of improvement
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Task-oriented, conscientious in documentation
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline
• Strong problem-solving skills in optimising workflows and work problems
• Familiar with Social media, Google ads, and Website design

Additional Details
• Working Hours: 10am-7pm. Singapore Time. Monday to Friday.
• Salary: $800 SGD – $1000 SGD/month
• Commitment: Full Time. Remote
