Job Description:
Identify a highly capable marketing professional who can potentially grow into a director role. The primary focus is on marketing, Canva, listing presentations, logo design, and high-level marketing plan skills.

Required Skills:
– High-level marketing plan skills.
– Experience with Canva for creating marketing materials.
– Proficiency in CRM systems.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational skills and experience with Trello and Dotloop.

Preferred Skills:
– Ability to design logos and branding materials.
– Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in Boston.
– Proven leadership and management abilities.
– Background in accounting tasks.
– Strong networking skills with realty executives.

Additional Job Requirements:
– College Degree
– Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
– Fluent English speaker
– Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
– Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection
– Very reliable power and backup power
– This is a full-time, long-term position
– Based on the client’s request operating hours – Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week

The compensation package includes:
– Competitive compensation: as much as Php600,000 annual earnings.
