We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly organized and proactive full-time Marketing/Executive Assistant to work remotely alongside our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks and providing exceptional support to the CEO, as well as contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s inbox, ensuring timely responses to emails and prioritizing communications based on urgency.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring no conflicts arise.
Assist with client marketing tasks, including social media management, content posting, and marketing automation.
Set appointments for the CEO and maintain a well-organized schedule.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging and on-brand content.
Post podcast and blog content regularly, ensuring accurate scheduling and promotion.
Respond to inquiries via email, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct research on various topics to support the CEO and marketing initiatives.
Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to keep track of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.
Utilize AI-based content development tools like ChatGPT to create compelling and engaging content.
Answer the virtual phone line, making outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a marketing assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in using Keap for marketing automation, ClickUp for project management, and ChatGPT for content development.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to dual screens for an efficient remote workstation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
Comfortable making outbound calls and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
