We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Assistant to join our growing
team for our printing & personalized service business in Southern California, and would like to hire
someone experienced from the Philippines for a long-term position, Graveyard Shift 8/9am-5/6pm
PST only! You will be reporting directly to the marketing manager with all associated responsibilities
and tasks. This will include performing administrative tasks, conducting marketing research with
expertise, and database/project organization.
Job Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute effective comprehensive social media strategies to increase
brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our websites. Provide support in
various marketing activities including contact list maintenance and organization.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights,
and recommendations for improvement.
? Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms,
including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media
platforms for trending topics, news, and relevant conversations to capitalize on
opportunities for engagement and growth. Interact and engage with our online
communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and
professional manner.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing
campaigns.
? Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, potential
partnership opportunities, latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and
propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
? Manage current Marketing follow-ups & cooperative with the Sales/Ops teams to
ensure proper execution.
? Strong organizational skills. Organize emails (multi-Gmail delegation) and perform
Data Entry and Management. Create & Update clientele information on various
CRM/database systems, such as Hubspot & Printsmith, to ensure the integrity and
organization of the email list and ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks,
set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals.
? Cooperation with other team members on a daily basis to assist in joint projects and
assigned responsibilities for Sales/Operations, Production, and Marketing tasks.
? Organize files and retrieve data from our online filing system (NAS).
? Input and retrieve data from Asana, Gmail, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, and any
other apps/software used by the company.
? Any other Sales/Operations, Production & Marketing tasks that surfaced as needed.
? Provide daily progress reports via chosen app/software by supervisor/management.
? Attend necessary training/coaching sessions, and/or mandatory meetings.
Qualifications:
? Must have these basic work experiences: Virtual Assistant, Schedule Organization,
Data System Entry, Email Management. Preferred additional Team-oriented related
work experiences. Minimum 2 years, prefer 5+yrs if combined.
? Relevant work experiences in social media coordination or marketing.
? Preferred additional skills such as design & create & implement social media
content. Plus experiences with design tools like Hubspot, Canva, Adobe Creative
Suite, G-suite, or similar softwares.
? Proficiency in using online marketing platforms & digital marketing.
? Strong english written and verbal communication skills with basic understanding of
common American-English shorthand vocabulary & abbreviations.
? Provide administrative support and ability to work independently and manage
multiple projects and deadlines.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Team player with strong communication skills with teammates.
? Passion for social media, sustainability, and the vegan lifestyle.
? Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced & quick-changing environment.
? Prioritize & adjust daily as needed ~ Ability to work effectively with minimal
supervision, while organizing & prioritize a daily workload based on department
needs. Anticipate future demands and deadlines with rapid reliable task
reorganization (range from simple to complex).
? Can accommodate scheduled weekly meetings & trainings during California work
hours
? Good understanding of Google Drive & Google Sheets/Docs, including editing &
sharing features.
? Fast-learner on new softwares & applications.
Required Equipment:
? Reliable computer (minimum of 12Gb RAM) with mouse, which can run & operate
at least 8+ apps with 5+ browser windows (5+tabs each) at the same time.
? Noise-cancellation headset with mouthpiece (minimum 15+hr talk time if wireless).
? Stable wired internet connection (minimum of 60/90Mbps), NOT pre-paid wireless
modem dependable on cellular network only.
