Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Virtual Social Media Manager with extensive experience in Facebook and email marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience working virtually and possess a deep understanding of social media and email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, focusing primarily on Facebook. Create engaging and relevant content, schedule posts, and monitor social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Email Marketing: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns. Create compelling email content, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Content Creation: Generate creative and high-quality content for social media and email campaigns, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand voice and goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media and email marketing metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with our audience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on Facebook and email marketing campaigns.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and creative skills. Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and graphic design software.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, email marketing best practices, and analytics.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and virtual communication tools, including video conferencing, email, and secure document sharing platforms.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and effectively with parties in the US.
