As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to achieve the Expert VAs business objectives. You will lead the company and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals and market trends. Identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor research, customer segmentation, and industry trends evaluation. Use insights to identify market gaps and inform strategic decisions.

Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels. Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception in the target market.

Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies. Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product roadmap objectives.

Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates through digital channels.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including online and offline channels. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to achieve desired outcomes.

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Implement customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing approaches to maximize customer lifetime value.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of proven experience in strategic marketing, ideally in a managerial role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools like SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing techniques.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software (GHL), and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
