Are you a skilled and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B marketing and a flair for creating compelling campaigns? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Marketing Expert. As a growing outsourced staffing company, we are seeking a candidate who can help us elevate our marketing efforts to the next level.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for a B2B audience, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
-Create eye-catching graphics, engaging copy, and effective sales funnels using tools such as ClickFunnels and Elementor.
-Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
-Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
-Utilize your expertise to drive customer engagement, increase website traffic, and enhance our online presence.
-Leverage our suite of software and tools to streamline your marketing efforts and measure campaign performance.
-Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the staffing industry or marketing service/SaaS products.
-Proven success in conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results.
Proficiency in creating captivating graphics and engaging copy for online campaigns.
-Strong knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads platforms, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize ad campaigns.
-Experience with ClickFunnels, Elementor, or similar tools for building sales funnels and landing pages.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing past successful marketing campaigns.

Work Schedule:

This position offers flexible part-time hours, with an initial commitment of 10 hours per week, and the potential for increased hours based on performance and company needs.
