As an Affiliate Manager at British Medical Experts, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through various affiliate marketing channels. THE AFFILIATE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their performance.
Create and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue and ROI targets.
Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular performance reports to optimize campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures.
Implement affiliate marketing best practices and compliance guidelines.
Assist in creating marketing materials and promotions to support affiliates.
Provide exceptional support to affiliate partners and address their inquiries promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) or experience .
Proven experience in affiliate marketing and affiliate program management.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and networks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, GHL, Circle Loop, ClickSend is a plus!
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS
Starting pay rate: min 250 PHP per hour
You will get paid on the same day as your start every week via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exception work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata) once the first full year of service has been completed
