ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with comprehensive experience in the following areas:
Go High Level
Facebook Ads management & optimization
Graphic Design
Copywriting
Cold Email Campaigns
Client Communication & Reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Delivery Operations: Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery for all client projects.
Onboarding: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring all their requirements are gathered and understood.
Account Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on progress, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Campaigns: Design, implement, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns and cold email campaigns.
Content Creation: Develop graphics and write compelling copy for ads, emails, and other marketing materials.
Reporting: Compile detailed reports for clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

WORKING HOURS & AVAILABILITY
This position is part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time.
Must be available during UK business hours, with occasional flexibility to operate during USA time zones.
