QUALIFICATIONS:
– Candidate must be able to demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills
– Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
– Basic graphic design skills are desired, but not required.
– Applicants will need to be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
– Degree in communications, marketing, or advertising is strongly preferred
– Minimum one year’s experience in a related field
– Professional command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Strong working knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Business, Instagram, Facebook business
– Experience with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling platforms
– Experience working in WordPress
– Strong command of SEO principles SEO writing, SEO editing.
– Experience with MailChimp
– Experience using Google Analytics. G4 experience is a plus.
– Video production and Editing a Plus.
– Experience using Adobe Creative Suite a Plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, social media mailing lists, SEO, and data analytics to keep content current
– Handle the copywriting and image creation for all outgoing print marketing materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. to ensure the firm is presented professionally
– Implement digital marketing campaigns with the team by creating email, social media, and online advertising content that will generate maximum online visibility and drum up new business for the legal firm
– Produce a marketing plan that effectively advertises our legal firm
– Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms, stay up-to-date on the latest market research and advise on improvements

Assist with marketing tasks such as:
– Developing content for print and online
– Assist in the development of social media calendar and posting on all social media channels
– Messaging, managing and monitoring social media platforms and posts
– Branding of company merchandise and materials
– Reputation management
– Review campaign effectiveness/ROI, etc.
– Assist inbound/outbound calls and sales-focused tasks as necessary
– Write monthly advertising copy and all corporate communications including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and email
– Using Mailchimp or other email platforms to send out monthly newsletters and promotional emails
– Assist in copy editing on large projects
– Track and analyze website performance via Google Analytics.
– Respond to website inquires
– Write and research blog content, including but not limited to keyword research and topic ideation
– Website maintenance, posting blogs

– Hourly rate: USD $5 – $6 per hour. (Based on skills and experience)
