Job Description

Hi! We are a Commercial building company in Melbourne, Victoria who mainly focuses on building maintenance on shopping centres and offices.

We are looking for a skilled virtual assistant to join our team in a part-time role – with the view for the role to grow to fulltime as your take on more tasks and show your skills.
We are looking for an enthusiastic tech savvy Sales, Marketing & Executive Assistance Virtual Assistant

The role involves working closely alongside the Administration Manager, director and other members of the remote team. Must be available to complete tasks and communicate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Melbourne AEST Time (No weekend or after hours work required)

**The Responsibilities for the Role includes:**
Lead generation via linkedin – include researching to find additional data
Researching leads on LinkedIn and getting all background information including contact details
Using Hubspot software – must have experience/knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM
Using and maintaining our job management software
Uploading scheduled content to Facebook, LinkedIn and WordPress website blog
Updating the google listing
Completing researching tasks
Create monthly marketing emails for our current clients as well as potential leads – wording will be provided but it will be up to you to enter it and make it look good
Assisting with creating reports in google docs
Creating spreadsheets in google sheets based on data
keeping our worpress website up to date
adding photos to google listing
SEO lite – just updating backend words here and there, uploading content, checking for keyword ranking on google to keep us up to date with our progress.
Preparing Canva brochures/Capability Statements for our business
Doing basic pitch decks
General admin related tasks
Research on leads and on competitors.

**Knowledge of the following programs is essential:**
Google Suite, including emails, calendar, drive and sheets
LinkedIn – particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Hubspot expert knowledge – or experienced using CRM
Microsoft Excel (must know how to use this program)
Notion
Whatsapp
Canva
Google My business
Looking for someone generally tech savvy who can learn anything and is prepared to become a master of systems

**Requirements:**
Must be available to complete tasks and communicate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Melbourne AEST Time (No weekend work required)
You must have a strong and reliable internet connection
Must have a quiet work environment with no distractions
Must have remote work experience
Experience working for real estate/property management companies or construction/maintenance companies will be looked upon favourably
