Hello! We are a management company, seeking a new team member who specializes in creating marketing collateral for digital media, including web & social.

We manage several newer brands for entrepreneurs across different industries. This is an opportunity to help to test aspects of the brands as we all work to build community through each. The industries range from hospitality/travel, events & experiences, crafting & art, and business management.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
**This is an intermediate to advanced role, working directly under the direction of the Marketing & Operations executive.
**We expect this to be a role for 20+ h/wk, compensated from $500++/month, depending on candidate experience

-Fluent in applying principles of marketing, advertising, and design
-Able to interpret project specs and draft content and collateral for review/discussion

-Self-motivated and action-biased with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency
-Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision

-Able to exercise strong attention to detail and diligence in independent research
-An effective communicator, speaking and writing

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables. –
-Manage and implement online marketing initiatives.
-Plan and execute social media initiatives.
-Manage creation of articles (blog posts) that engage the target audience and inspire actionManage creation of graphics and illustrative copy that supports the campaign objective
-Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
-Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors using marketing software tools
-Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing marketing software tools
-Contribute to weekly team meetings to report observations, identify growth opportunities, and ask questions to ensure alignment to the teams objectives and overall business strategy

QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or graphic design is preferred
-A portfolio or samples of previous work

-Proficient writing and editing copy
-Proficient editing & posting website content on Wix and WordPress sites
-Fluency in Adobe Suite (photoshop, creative express, lightroom)
-Experience with generative AI for content outlines and shaping the scope of articles
-Experience with marketing analytics tools
-Experience with SEO and keyword research best practices
-Experience with social media tools (SocialPilot, HypeFury)
-Experience with Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello)
-Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Highly proficient with Google Business Suite (gmail, docs, sheets, drive, calendar)

-Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign a plus
-Experience in basic CSS and HTML a plus
-Experience in basic video editing and audio editing a plus
