Position Summary:
The Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing and effective marketing materials. Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging graphics for a variety of digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Design and update product images, infographics, and other visual content for the e-commerce website.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive online sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all channels.
Write persuasive and creative copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, blog posts, and advertisements.
Website Management:
Assist in maintaining and updating the e-commerce website, ensuring it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
Collaborate with the web development team to implement design changes and improvements.
Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO and provide a seamless shopping experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align graphic design and content creation efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to support company initiatives and campaigns.
Provide design support for internal projects and presentations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Marketing Specialist, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
