We are seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to lead and execute growth and retention strategies across all our business verticals. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in utilizing platforms like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify. Compensation will be closely tied to the achievement and exceeding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates
– Utilize JavaScript, SQL, and other tools to analyze data and track performance metrics
– Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels
– Make reccomendations for engaging content for social media platforms and manage social media accounts
– Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials
– Utilize content management systems to update website content and optimize SEO
– Write compelling copy for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns

Skills:
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions from platform like Google Analytics and Klayvio.
– Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis (IS A PLUS, NOT NECESSARY)
– Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing with a focus on growth strategies
– Knowledge of performance marketing tactics such as SEM, SEO, PPC, and email marketing (Klayvio)
– Familiarity with graphic design principles and ability to work with design tools
– Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective copywriting and communication with team member
