Elizabeth Yang (Better With Company, LLC) is seeking a superstar to join our mission! We are rapidly growing and looking for an exceptional Marketing Growth Specialist (full-time, 40 hours) to join our virtual team. Your responsibilities will be centered on accelerating clients’ buying process with an authentic relationship approach. You will focus on top- and middle-funnel growth by growing new audiences and connecting existing audiences across all social media, email, and texting platforms.
The expectation as a go-getter is that you’re passionate about social media and the online space. You must be able to work creatively with a diverse team across geography and cultures, be confident in making collaborative decisions with autonomy (working under minimal supervision), adopt an experimental mindset with a failing forward attitude, and communicate effectively in a virtual professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
– Manage data and track key performance indicator metrics and funnel analytics to understand purchasing behaviors from audience growth, and conversions into sales figures and report to the team
– Analyze trends to improve marketing, determine best platform practices and company messaging
– Recommend new products or services based on market research data collected by sales teams
– Strategize on ways to improve customer satisfaction with current offerings as well as how to grow brand awareness among target audiences through social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads)
– Campaign management. Creating, executing, and following up on campaigns is a huge part of marketing operations managers’ jobs.
– Day-to-day activities: Creating campaigns, analyzing the campaign’s success, gathering feedback from audience/clients, managing follow-ups with clients
– Coordinate and get updates with key team members/agency partners to inform integrated marketing strategy and campaigns and make recommendations as needed
– Perform a variety of other marketing and client acquisition duties
Requirements
– Experience in marketing growth strategies in service-based industries and other marketing technologies
– Knowledge of marketing & content creation and best practices on platforms like social media, email or texting
– Professional level of verbal and written communications skills in English (U.S.A.) and can engage and interact in U.S. cultural norms
– Deep empathy, which shines through the various communication channels
– Exceptional organization, time-management, and presentation of recommendations and strategies are critical to this role
– Understand buyer purchasing behaviors and sales process and dynamics
– Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and collaborate with vendors and teams
– Hard skill sets include: attention to detail, project management, ability to plan and prioritize Able to efficiently organize and present recommendations and information (e.g. presentations)
– During launches, be available as all team members are expected to be “all hands on deck.” This may be outside of normal business hours and weekends; the schedule can be accommodated accordingly
– Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, virtual, independent environment
– Experience and/or willingness to learn the following tools: Google Suite, Airtable, Slack, Click Up, Kajabi, Calendly, Social Media Planners, Thrive Cart, Active Campaign (Go High Level is a bonus)
