Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Type: Part Time
Compensation: $7/hr (20+ hrs/wk)

Are you an organized, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing complex projects? If so, we’re looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of real estate photography and videography projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and on time. Your attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and tech-savviness will make you an integral part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain organized Dropbox folders and files to streamline project workflows.
Draft and send timely emails to clients and team members, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure that all orders meet our high-quality standards before delivering them to clients.
Assist in creating presentations and training materials as needed to support our team’s development.
Safeguard and manage sensitive client information, update records in Excel, and organize crucial documentation.
Manage the Client Portal, calendar, and efficiently communicate on multiple channels to track assignments for different clients.
Demonstrate a high level of competence in various software programs commonly used in our operations.
Comfortably switch between tasks as individual clients have varying requirements and demands.
Professionally communicate with clients via phone, text, and email in a timely manner to uphold high standards of customer success.

About You:

A strong understanding of various software applications and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues is a must.
Proficient English communication skills are essential for effective client and team interactions.
Display professionalism and courtesy when communicating with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in managing a team is highly valued.
Ability to grasp complex processes quickly and train others effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
While a college degree is a plus, it’s not the sole determinant of your eligibility.
Willingness to be accessible for work communications around the clock when needed.
A reliable internet connection, at least an i5 processor, and dual monitors to support your workflow.
Be prepared to work overtime when required to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
