The Launch Manager is a key leadership position on the marketing team. You will work with the CEO and Marketing Manager to outline the launch calendar for the year, scope workflows and tracking, and support the marketing team in executing all aspects of launching, content management and marketing tasks across the company.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role with benefits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Launch Manager
• Oversee 6-figure program launches and marketing campaigns, breaking down big projects into accurate and detailed project plans and timelines.
• Managing copywriters and graphic designers through all phases of content creation, making sure the content comes in on time, on spec, and at a high quality.
• Providing day-to-day project leadership: making sure team members are on-track to hit deadlines – and troubleshooting and resolving issues that put the project timeline at risk.
• Managing shifting and competing priorities and resolving conflicts involving scheduling and resources.
PRIMARY TASK INLCUDE:
• Project management of the creative process for all types of content: campaign emails, broadcast emails, Facebook ads, social media posts, sales page copy, landing page copy, site copy, webinar slides, webinar scripts, course materials, graphic design projects, etc.
• Oversee our content strategy, including newsletters, Facebook and Instagram ads, and social media posts to nurture our audience and generate leads
• Build out content creation projects in Asana (milestones, tasks and subtasks), including all steps from conception to completion.
• Consistently update and monitor all projects on a daily basis, and communicate updates in Asana.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project issues and risks.
• Plan and lead team meetings and working sessions, create agendas, capture minutes, assignments and deadlines.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to coordinate efforts.
• Participate in the testing phase of emails: reviewing emails for content, layout, working links, etc.
• Work with the CEO and Marketing Manager to develop our launch calendar, oversee funnel mapping + all launch activities to ensure success, and manage the day-to-day marketing efforts that grow the company
• Coordinating funnel mapping with input from key stakeholders to plan launches and brand / community-building efforts, including scoping and monitoring workflows
• Manage the customer journey, including creating the best customer experience, increasing referrals and retention, maximizing lifetime value, etc.
• Support the CEO in tracking KPIs across all marketing channels
• Support the marketing team to ensure everyone has the training and collaboration from leadership and teammates they need to excel in their performance
This is a leadership role more than an executing role. You will need an expansive understanding of the various roles within a marketing team so you can provide the leadership that helps everyone to excel.
In addition, you will be responsible for ongoing training and development for yourself and the team to keep your skills sharp and our efforts successful.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Has 2+ years of project management experience with 6 figure and/or 7 figure launches (requirement)
• Has a strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion strategies
• Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines
• Be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including SEO / SEM, email marketing (we use Keap), funnel and course development in tools, and working with a tech stack to include zapier, etc.
• Have website / email marketing experience working in programs like WordPress
• Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
• Have technical experience working in social media management, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin (loading and optimizing content, community management, etc)
• Have training in media buying and Facebook and Instagram ads, with an understanding of the metrics to monitor to ensure success
• Be experienced and comfortable with remote team tools like Slack, Asana, Google Suite, 1Password, and Zoom
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, with ease
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to work productively with many types of people and to build great rapport with direct reports
• Proactively identify productivity issues and meet challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to create results; courage to bring productivity or performance challenges to leadership for support, as needed
• Ability to make sense of metrics and see where there are problems or opportunities in our numbers
• Be comfortable with onboarding and training new team members, monitoring their performance for excellence, managing weekly 1:1s with team members and managing reviews and corrective action / performance planning, as needed
• Have experience managing social media and advertising projects, to include copywriting, design and implementation across marketing channels
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
• This role comes with a competitive salary and benefits.
• Php 60-90,000/ month (based on experience)
• Full Time position
• Health benefits, generator and performance based raises as soon as 90 days
• We pay 13th month.
• MUST be willing to work 9am – 5pm EST hours (no exceptions)
