As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our company. You will work closely with the CEO to execute marketing campaigns, analyze data, and assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Role & Lead Gen Role
• Generating some leads
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct market research and gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.
• Commence conversation with potential clients
• Respond to Seek and Other Bookkeeping Advertisements
• Graphic design requests as required from time to time
• Marketing to Bookkeeping practices – merger or acquisition
• Update Directory Listing
• Creation of Virtual office in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth
• Research on company websites and competitors:
– Check What’s working and not working
– Check competitors – what they are doing, analysis, paid advertisements, ranking, etc.
– Suggest necessary changes or revisions for improvement
• Designing graphics for promotional purposes

Virtual Assistant Role
• Provide administrative assistance such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant documentation. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain effective communication channels.
• Perform various ad-hoc tasks such as transcribing audio files, conducting online purchases, managing online communities, or handling other specific requests from the client.
• Assist in organizing files, documents, and digital assets to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as Marketing Assistant or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Preferably with specialization in LinkedIn
• Good writing and copy-editing abilities
