We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing, Lead Generation, and Research Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our business growth by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, experience in digital marketing, and a keen ability to identify business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

Conduct daily research to identify businesses with outdated or poorly designed websites.
Compile and maintain a list of potential leads with key contact information.
Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and potential customer needs.
Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and identify areas of opportunity.
Email Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential leads.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, marketing campaigns, and results in the CRM system.
Regularly update the team on lead generation progress and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Provide the sales team with qualified leads and necessary background information.
Content Creation:

Assist in creating marketing materials and content for social media, websites, and other platforms.
SEO and Online Marketing:

Contribute to SEO efforts and online marketing strategies to enhance our online presence.
Daily Tasks:
Research and identify new leads through various online channels.
Update and manage the lead database in the CRM system.
Create and send out customized marketing emails.
Collaborate with team members to discuss and refine marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and target industries.
