Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging content, generating high-quality leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of lead generation techniques, and the ability to work closely with leadership to achieve company goals.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation: Develop and implement engaging content strategies to attract potential clients across various platforms, including LinkedIn, email, and other social media.
Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential business clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align lead generation activities with company goals and partner needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with new and existing lead information, ensuring data accuracy and effective lead tracking.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor lead generation campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and ROI to leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements
What You’ll Need:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
Skills: Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Knowledge: Understanding of contact center solutions, cybersecurity, and AI technologies is highly desirable.
Tools: Familiarity with email marketing software and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Proactivity: Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
