Job Summary:
As the Marketing Leader – Facebook and Email Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at expanding our reach, engaging our target audience, and driving conversions. You will leverage your extensive experience to create and implement a comprehensive marketing product and system that aligns with our company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital Marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across Facebook and email Platforms
• Design, develop and execute Facebook and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, revenue growth, and improve customer retention.
• Manage and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve future strategies
• Train, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
• Evaluate and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, and work with our leadership team to prioritize and develop new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the overall goals.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook and
email campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to make informed
decisions
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Details:
– Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Philippine time)
– Fulltime, Work from home/anywhere
– Salary: negotiable depending on experience and skills
