Overview:

ABB (Advocates Beyond Borders), a leading HR outsourcing company that provides global virtual assistant and legal translator is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team as a marketing manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong background in marketing, social media management, content creation, and digital advertising. This is a remote position, open to qualified candidates from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Process Management: Oversee and manage all marketing processes, ensuring alignment with ABB’s goals and objectives.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain ABB’s website using WordPress.
Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.
Video Editing: Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and the company’s website.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and inform clients and prospects.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Analysis: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and other marketing-related duties as needed.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing social media graphics using Canva.
AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools for content creation and other marketing tasks.
Podcast Production: Produce and edit podcasts using tools like Descript and CapCut.
Ad Campaign Management: Set up and manage Facebook advertising, PPC campaigns, and other digital ad campaigns.
Project Management: Run the marketing department from scratch, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, video editing software (e.g., CapCut), AI tools, and email marketing platforms.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, updates, and algorithms.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.
Additional Skills: Experience with podcast production and editing, TikTok content creation and management, and running a marketing department.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment or with international clients.
SEO Knowledge: Proficient in SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
