We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a cutting edge business coaching & digital marketing agency.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position will start 5-10 hours per week and gradually increase to 30 hours per week over a 30 day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises based upon work performance.

This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3 – 5 candidates to hire for a test project. After seeing your work, we’ll choose who to bring on to the team. Strong English grammar is the only “requirement” for this position, (we can train you on everything else).

Position Overview
Your role as Content Manager will be to distribute the content from our content department on social media, via advertising, Facebook Pages, email campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and creating strategic partnerships to create demand for Lifetime Business Solutions and its clients. For our ad agency you will be responsible for creating 2 appointments a day, and there will be similar responsibilities for our clients depending on their industry.

It will be your job to take content from our content department and produce:
+Ads that lead convert to clicks on landing page
+Landing pages that collects information
+Funnels that convert to appointments, leads, or sales
+Email campaigns that convert to appointments, leads, or sales
+Retargeting campaigns that convert to appointments, leads, or sales
+Participate in courses that we have paid for to improve your skillset

The ideal candidate will have the skills listed below, (however, if there are some skills you don’t yet have, that is ok, because we have training that this is a field where we should always be learning and improving our skills):

+ Ads that lead convert to clicks on landing page
The ideal candidate for creating ads that lead to clicks on the landing page will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies and consumer behavior. This role requires the ability to take ad copy and engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience, and creating an ad driving them to take action. The successful candidate will be adept at analyzing ad performance data to continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates, ensuring that each ad not only captures attention but also encourages users to click through to our landing pages.

+ Landing pages that collects information
This position focuses on designing and optimizing landing pages that effectively collect visitor information. The candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly landing page layouts that align with our brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals, incorporating clear calls-to-action and forms that encourage users to submit their information. A strong understanding of UX/UI principles, along with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, is essential to succeed in this role, as is the ability to analyze user feedback and analytics to improve page performance continually.

+ Funnels that convert to appointments, leads, or sales
We are seeking a professional skilled in developing marketing funnels that efficiently convert visitors into appointments, leads, or sales. This role involves strategizing and implementing funnel stages tailored to guide potential customers from awareness to decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-converting funnels, with expertise in segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques. Familiarity with various marketing automation tools and CRM systems is crucial, as is the ability to analyze funnel performance and make data-driven adjustments.

+ Email campaigns that convert to appointments, leads, or sales
The candidate for this role will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively convert recipients into appointments, leads, or sales. This includes segmenting email lists, designing email templates, crafting persuasive copy, and personalizing content to engage different audience segments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong grasp of email marketing best practices and metrics, with the ability to analyze campaign results, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved performance.

+Retargeting campaigns that convert to appointments, leads, or sales
This position requires an individual experienced in developing retargeting campaigns that re-engage visitors and convert them into appointments, leads, or sales. The candidate will be skilled in identifying target audiences based on their interaction with our brand, creating personalized ad content, and selecting optimal retargeting platforms. A deep understanding of retargeting tools and strategies, along with the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics accordingly, is essential for success in this role.

+Participate in courses that we have paid for to improve your skillset
We are looking for a lifelong learner eager to participate in courses and training programs that we have invested in to enhance their professional skillset. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying areas for growth and enthusiastic about applying new knowledge and skills to their work. This role requires a commitment to continuous personal and professional development, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment. We’ve had freelancers for one project and others for over 10 years. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If you’re just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your skills and trying something new; this is not for you.
