Part-time position to start that will grow to full-time with success in the role. Work-from home on US Central Time hours but some flexibility may be possible.

Lead development of marketing strategy for a company in the healthcare space by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services. Marketing manager will spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations. Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales. This is not a role for someone that likes a checklist given to them with tasks. This marketing manager will be reporting to the CEO, leading marketing, and needs to be self driven, creative, and a leader.

MUST:
– Have previous experience developing and implementing a full marketing strategy
– 5 years of marketing experience
– Be a creative thinker who can take an existing strategy, make recommendations how to improve it, and execute the strategy diligently
– Have experience and proficiency with with organic content creation on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
– Have experience and proficiency with paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
– Ability to create and execute email marketing campaigns, affiliate marketing campaigns, and viral marketing campaigns
– Be experienced with the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, – – results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
– Excellent English written skills with a portfolio of content you can share with us and business professional spoken English
– Be able to work-from home on US Central Time hours (some flexibility possible after candidate is established in the role)
– Dependable high speed internet of 50 mbps upload and 25 mbps download and backup power and internet available in the case of disruptions

Preferred Experience and Skills
– Highly preferred: Working in and understanding of healthcare, life sciences, or health and wellness
