Job Description

5 hours a week to start with for $10-$12 an hour which will lead to the FULL TIME Position

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, content, social media, email, and traditional advertising. Google ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Campaigns, All Socia Media Platforms Ads and Gumtree Advertising including Email Marketing.

Generate Leads through all Campaigns and Advertisements.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives. (Identify which days are generating us site visits and leads and allocate the budget accordingly)

Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience across various platforms.

Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Analytics or similar platforms. Report on key metrics weekly and provide recommendations for optimization. Provide weekly reports to management.

SEO Works. To work on getting our 3 companies on top of google, yahoo, bing or any search engines

Team Lead: Manage all communications with freelancers and their projects. (Website Developer, SEO Export etc)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Ads Management. (Google Ads, Gumtree, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads)

Track record of successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and ROI and most importantly LEADS.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Landing Pages – content and design (a plus)

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Rentman, marketing automation, analytics platforms) (a plus)

Creativity and a results-oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Great communication skills
