Position: Marketing Manager (full-time)

JOB SUMMARY
As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a plethora of brands and their creative projects. You will be responsible for coordinating, collaborating, planning, and executing marketing activations from conception to completion.
We are looking for a talented account manager that is not only a natural self starter, but someone who takes the initiative to ensure that projects are moving forward and on schedule with a high-level of detail. By working collaboratively with the team, the account manager will support brand development, promotional campaigns, and internal/external communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute project deliverables set forth by the Principal
Complete projects and meet deadlines for multiple brand activations in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the marketing team on brand initiatives and project marketing campaigns
Work collaboratively with the department to bring thought-provoking concepts to the forefront
Provide creative and design support for brand development, promotional campaigns, and internal/external communications
Manage and maintain digital applications and software programs
Support local store marketing activities across all locations in Canada and USA
Assist with the creation of marketing collateral including, but not limited to displays, in-store signage, publications, websites, emails, and social media
Event planning for in-store activations, community launches, and special events
Assist with coordinating and styling for photo and video shoots
Provide administrative support as needed
Develop social media content and report on social insights when needed
Stay up to date with the latest photography, design, and social media trends
REQUIREMENTS
You have a degree or diploma in business, marketing, and/or communications
You have 2+ years of marketing experience in a professional setting
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook Business Suite, and Mailchimp
Photography and graphic design skills are an asset
A solution-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills
Understanding how to effectively apply design to achieve ROI targets
