Overview:
This role is for a Christian Ministry dedicated to spreading the Gospel and serving the community online. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager who is committed to our mission and capable of leading our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and strategic thinking skills, along with a heart for Ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the ministry’s mission and goals.
– Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends that inform marketing strategies.
– Create marketing plans for various ministry programs, events, and outreach initiatives.

Content Creation and Management:
– Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and print materials.
– Ensure all content is consistent with the Ministry’s messaging, tone, and branding.

Digital Marketing:
– Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve digital outreach and engagement.

Brand Management:
– Maintain and enhance the ministry’s brand identity across all communication channels.
– Develop and implement branding guidelines and ensure all materials adhere to these standards.

Analytics and Reporting:
– Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
– Provide regular reports and insights to the team to inform future strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:
– Faith Commitment: Strong personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the Ministry’s mission and values.
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Course in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a non-profit or faith-based organization.

Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Strong project management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
– Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and effective marketing ideas.
– Technical Proficiency: Experience with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and graphic design tools is a plus.
