Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing org to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to promote our online platform in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns, get hands on with digital marketing, SEO/SEM and copywriting to build on the fundamentals of an inbound lead funnel.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Drive growth and revenue by creating and executing effective paid marketing campaigns.
• Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with our Product team to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with new product deployments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
• Analyse marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimisation.
• Manage Google Ad spend and/or other social media ad spend to produce a positive ROI.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams within Hampr.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms (Content Calendar)
• Work with our events management team and assist with the planning and execution of events and conferences.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B Marketing experience is preferred)
• Experience in the food-tech sector preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Adwords/Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Hubspot, Slack, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work Autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for online technology and food is a plus!
