Marketing Manager

Baie Botanique is a natural and organic skincare company based in the UK.

We are looking for a very precise, highly efficient, and detail-oriented person to join our fast-paced team to accelerate brand awareness and traffic across social channels and online.

Working hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday UK time (fixed)
4 pm – 1 am from end of March to the end of October and then 5 pm – 2 am PH time from the end of October to the end of March (changes twice a year due to British summertime) and you will be expected to be working during these hours.

Administrative
* Strategize and create marketing plan to accelerate brand growth (annual and ad hoc)
* Monitor and check updates on marketing projects and tasks (action plans in marketing plan), amazon content updates
(graphics/video/content) monitoring
* Lead monthly updates: sales report, marketing action plans updates
* Attend weekly marketing meetings for alignments and action plans
* Manage Ambassador scheme
* Coordinate with 3rd party freelancers/suppliers (bloggers, influencers, photographers, marketing affiliates)

Marketing
* Implement strategies to grow brand awareness and sales
*. Create social media content (FB/IG/TikTok): Graphics and copy
* Coordinate with translators for DE and FR content
* Schedule and syndicate content
* FB/Tik/Tok Ads (creatives: copy, graphics/video)
* Create amazon content (Graphics and videos)
* Social media management

Branding
*. Build a strong Brand Identity
* Set mood and visual board for campaigns and photoshoots
* Create graphics for web and print as necessary (banners, promo materials, website content, landing page)
* Create Brand copy as necessary
* Other marketing related tasks as required

Skills required
– At least 2 years experience in Marketing
– Good graphic design skills
– Experience running??Facebook ads
– Excellent English conversational and written skills
– Able to create web pages on a page builder such as Pagefly/shopify

– Able to help the brand grow in awareness and sales
– Able to quickly come up with solutions to issues
– Tech-savvy in order to navigate multiple online platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and associated apps
