Job Summary: My Amazon Guy, a leading agency specializing in helping Amazon sellers and brands achieve sales growth, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for managing projects related to filling our sales funnel with qualified leads of Amazon sellers who need our services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and contributing to the overall growth and success of our agency.
Responsibilities:
Planned, execute, and manage marketing projects focused on filling the sales funnel with qualified leads of Amazon sellers who require our services.
Collaborate with the marketing team and report directly to the VP of Marketing to develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, strategies, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the agency’s standards.
Utilize a variety of marketing channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and other relevant tactics, to drive lead generation efforts.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze project performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Make tactical decisions and adjustments as needed to optimize project performance and maximize lead generation results.
Prepare regular progress reports, project status updates, and post-mortem analyses, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into project management strategies.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with their needs and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for conversion.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing or project management, with a focus on managing marketing projects and driving lead generation.
Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion, delivering measurable results.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to create project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets effectively.
In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, partnerships, etc.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize project performance and improve lead-generation outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving successful project outcomes.
Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem and knowledge of Amazon seller needs and pain points is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
Note: While this position focuses on managing marketing projects related to lead generation, it does not directly serve Amazon sellers. The goal is to generate leads from Amazon sellers who require our agency’s services.
Expectations:
Competitive salary base
40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
Permanent WFH setup
The work schedule is in EST (Monday-Friday only)
A dual Monitor setup is required
