Are you an experienced and highly skilled marketing professional ready to lead and excel in a dynamic role? We Buy Houses Realty, a small real estate investment company and brokerage in Loganville, Georgia, is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. We are seeking an individual who can bring their expertise to the table, manage all aspects of marketing, and create compelling campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

-Designing and implementing effective lead funnels.
-Managing various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage and grow our audience.
-Creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Google PPC ads.
-Editing videos, resizing photos, and crafting eye-catching visuals using Canva.
-Developing marketing calendars to ensure a well-organized approach to our campaigns.
-Providing creative direction and strategic guidance, especially in the realm of Facebook ads, Google PPC, YouTube ads, and more.
-Crafting persuasive ad copy, blog posts, and consumer reports.
-Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and making necessary adjustments to improve results.
-Managing the leads that come in, ensuring a smooth lead management process.
-Ensuring that all leads are efficiently entered into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
-Distributing leads to our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) and providing them with the necessary information.
-Personally calling the generated leads, booking appointments, and collecting property information from potential sellers.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

-Proven experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
-Proficiency in video editing and photo manipulation.
-Familiarity with Canva and marketing calendar tools.
-Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to provide valuable insights.
-A degree in marketing (a significant advantage).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for lead follow-up and appointment booking.
