Marketing Manager

Brilled Lighting, a Utah-based lighting manufacturer, seeks a Marketing Manager who understands customer needs and drives awareness of our products and services. We need a seasoned professional capable of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, inspiring teams, and adeptly balancing daily marketing operations with long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, meeting deadlines while adapting to evolving company requirements.
Objectives of this Role:
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans across various channels.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs, collaborating with internal teams.
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to shape successful strategies.
• Utilize ZoomInfo application to gather high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display ads).
• Manage website content and marketing databases.
• Conceptualize multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Present ideas and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Experience with the ZoomInfo application is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work remotely in the US time zone with effective communication.
