Marketing Manager

We are a fast growing B2B software (SaaS) business based in the UK with a global customer base.

We require a full-time hand-on marketing manager to work closely with our CEO and Global Sales Director to level up our marketing operations and help deliver our qualified leads target.

We are looking for an experienced individual with significant commercial experience in marketing within a technology company and with broad experience managing websites, digital ads, Linkedin and campaigns.

This role is a great opportunity to own all of the marketing activity in a growing business and make a meaningful impact on our future.

The key responsibilities are:

– Working with business leaders on marketing planning
– Creating content and graphics for marketing campaigns, working with copywriters and designers as required
– Running our organic Linkedin activity
– Managing our Linkedin ads campaigns
– Overseeing a low level of Google Ads campaigns
– Reporting on marketing KPIs via Google Analytics
– Project managing a website redesign and ongoing updates
– Planning and helping to run webinars
– Managing a rebrand later in 2024

Skills and experience we need:

– Excellent grasp of written English and a track record of producing top class marketing content
– Knowledge of Linkedin marketing and Linkedin ads
– Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience reporting to business leaders on marketing performance
– An eye for good creative for campaigns
– Experience of email marketing campaigns and tools
– Experience of working with and managing designers, email coders and website developers
– Ability to pick up new digital software tools quickly
– Experience of basic image manipulation using freely available tools of choice
– Experience of using ChatGPT or other LLMs for marketing ideation and content
– Basic knowledge of Google Ads and CRM tools (such as Hubspot) would be advantageous

How we work

We are a remote organisation with a flexible working policy but we will require some overlap with UK working ours (8 hours behind Philippines).
