We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of creative and marketing consulting services, including graphic design/development/production and related tasks. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, identifying potential projects, and defining effective solutions to meet their marketing and branding requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert marketing and creative consulting services to clients.
Analyze client needs and develop comprehensive strategies to enhance their marketing and branding efforts.
Identify potential projects and opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
Collaborate with clients to define the scope of projects and develop innovative solutions.
Manage and oversee all aspects of project execution, including meetings, timelines, and deliverables.
Handle graphic design tasks, ensuring visually appealing and impactful designs that align with client objectives.
Effectively manage vendors and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Generate original and compelling creative concepts that align with client requests and your areas of expertise.
Conduct regular revisions and iterations to refine designs and achieve optimal results.
Deliver final design files in appropriate formats and mediums as per client requirements.
Manage leads and the CRM.
Report issues with CRM by calling the support hotline.
Add leads to SmartPlans / Action Plans
Ensure the Lead is set up in YLopo or RealScout on their preferred saved search.
Build a follow-up process for the agents.
Create a Lead Database for backup in case something happens with the CRM.
Immediate response and scrubbing of the leads. (adding labels, activating drip campaigns, sending welcome text or emails, assigning the lead to agents)
Nurturing all leads through steady communication (email and text) until the leads are ready to talk or meet with the Lead Inside Sales Manager.
Cascade updates regarding incoming CRM training or webinar and team announcements.
Daily monitoring of agent activity.
Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
Generate reports regarding the Agent’s productivity and accountability.
Build trackers and dashboards through google sheets.
Track referrals and prepare referral forms.
Create and Send End of Day report to Lead Inside Sales Manager and Ops Manager.
Database and Pipeline Tool Management.
Call to invite Clients + Others to upcoming events.
You will be responsible for reaching out to clients and inviting them to attend our client events. You should be comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients to confirm attendance.
Call Top Agents in our Market
Stay in front of top agents and let them know CD/SR are looking to purchase off market properties.
List will be imported into Mojo for calls to be made.
Service inbound leads from sign calls and online sources and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.
Marketing tasks, as needed.
Creating graphics and new marketing materials
Managing templates, adding or removing relevant information
Creating Team Meeting slides once a week (Monday @5PM EST / Last hour of work on Monday)
Create Lead Report for Team Meeting
Onboarding and Offboarding of Agents/ISAs/etc. on the team
Working with the Operations Manager to onboard or off board agents joining or leaving the team.
Adding them to systems, communicating with the market center to ensure a smooth transition, etc.
Listing / Buyer Management
Creating listing paperwork/agency agreement and then live on MLS and KWLS.
Preparing listing documents (Seller’s Disclosures, Lead-Based Paint Disclosures, HOA documents, etc.)
Maintain or create a Transaction checklist or system for smooth transaction management
Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
Send weekly transaction updates to sellers/buyers
Input names/contact info for all contract parties in Sisu and Paperless pipeline
Send out Vendor Specific emails, i.e. Home Insurance, Pest Inspection, Landscaping, online review links, etc.
Collect Buyers information
Add them to FUB as ‘Orphan’ as well as add them to our marketing / mailing list
Booking or Scheduling for Home Inspection, Radon, Septic, Well, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural Inspections once ratified.
Scheduling nor doing Final Walk Throughs before settlement along with verification of keys, combo box and code, on sentri., etc.
Adding people from FUB into KW Command in order to use DocuSign properly.
Schedule photographers for interviews of clients and post settlement should already be lined up for the day of settlement.
Assist in closing Northern Virginia Investments transactions
Start/Stop Utilities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing and creative consulting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and market trends.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze data and market research to inform marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:
Professional experience and proficiency in using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing designs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing or real estate marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and requirements.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all creative and marketing deliverables.
Fluent in written English with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
Flexible working hours to accommodate project deadlines and client requirements.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
