Busy, real estate sales team is looking for a full time marketing manager. As the Marketing Manager, your primary duties will encompass managing our social media presence, coordination of our transactions, and enhancing our relationship with our sphere of influence, past clients, and the realtor network. 30-60-90 Day Plan for Marketing Manager
First 30 Days: Rapid Onboarding and Engagement Building
Goals:
• Quickly onboard and integrate into the company culture.
• Initiate contact and rebuild relationships with the sphere of influence, past clients, and the realtor network.
• Launch an immediate social media strategy for quick online presence and exponential growth of followers and engagement.
Tasks:
• Engage in an accelerated onboarding process to understand the company’s values, structure, and team.
• Review and evaluate existing social media profiles and strategies. Create monthly calendars for January and February.
• Begin immediate creation and scheduling of posts to establish a consistent online presence.
• Launch weekly interactive sessions and other strategies, such as live Q&As or virtual tours, to boost real-time
engagement.
• Engage with the sphere of influence by sending out personalized communication, updating them about the company’s current ventures and seeking feedback.
• Review and evaluate our sphere of influence strategy and initiate a plan to reach out to past clients with tailored messages, re-establishing the relationship and exploring potential referrals or testimonials.

• Analyze engagement data and refine the social media strategy accordingly.
• Develop and roll out campaigns aimed specifically at the sphere of influence and past clients, showcasing success stories and highlighting the company’s unique offerings.
• Host or participate in networking events or webinars to strengthen relationships with regional realtors and showcase the company’s real estate portfolio.
