Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in executing effective digital marketing strategies. The candidate should be able to manage a division of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

Manage and optimize online campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and landing pages that align with marketing campaigns.

Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and initiatives.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

Proficiency in marketing automation and lead generation tools.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
