Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and other external vendors to support marketing activities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with their needs and support lead generation and sales conversion.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum return on investment.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing performance, progress towards goals, and new opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in creating and executing marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in market research, segmentation, and targeting to identify customer preferences and behaviors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
