About the Role
As Novobi expands its Odoo Marketing department, we’re on the lookout for a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager responsible for driving the growth of our inbound channels.
The Marketing Manager’s role includes tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials align with our brand identity. You should excel in translating creative concepts into successful advertising campaigns and possess practical expertise in using web analytics tools.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. This includes market research and analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the brand, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services. This involves coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and ensuring timely execution.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, social media, and content marketing. This also includes analyzing digital marketing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. This includes hiring, training, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with company goals. Also, work closely with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Budget Management: Responsible for the marketing budget. This includes planning, allocation, and monitoring of funds to ensure efficient use of resources.
Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on marketing activities’ effectiveness and ROI (Return on Investment) to senior management. Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. This includes understanding customer needs and preferences, and tailoring marketing efforts accordingly.
Keeping Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies. Attend workshops, seminars, and networking events to keep skills and industry knowledge up-to-date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and excellent communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Working Schedule
8 hours a day
Monday-Friday
Working hours: Philippine business hours but may need to attend a few weekly meetings in US business hours.
