Marketing Manager

Hello,

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager who has excellent knowledge of social media advertising and who is also talented in graphic design. We are a UK based Medical company and there is an opportunity for the successful applicant to grow and mange a team of people in the future which would lead to salary increases.

You will need:
# 5+ years of experience as a marketing manager – you must have managed accounts on your own and be able to demonstrate the growth you created for those businesses in the time you managed the account.

# Excellent knowledge of social media and google advertising. Be experienced in running successful campaigns and be able to demonstrate campaigns you successfully managed.

# A *HIGH* level of artistic version. We pride ourselves in our appearance and to be successful you must have a good understanding of how to use photoshop etc. you will also need to have a good eye for beautiful art and be able to create beautiful posts.

# Be willing to research and use your own imagination. You will need to look at competitor companies and be able to evaluate what approach is working well for their marketing and be able to come up with marketing ideas for us to use.

Your role:
You will work closely with the owner to create and manage content (images and video’s) across various platforms such as facebook and instagram etc. You will be provided with general training of the industry so you know exactly what content to create and post. You will manage and review the success of advertising campaigns, aid in SEO and any other aspects that will help drive clients to the business.

On going opportunity:
Our goal is to create a marketing team and business specific to this industry (uk medical aesthetics) we already have people who would like to pay for our services and there is a very big opportunity here to make alot of money. At the start you will be given part -time hours on a trial bases to see the standard of your work, how you meet dead lines and that our personalities mix well. We would like to find a person with excellent graphic design and marketing skills who we can give full time hours to and who could be the manager of our marketing team, if you work well we will promote you to this role if you would like.
