Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for real estate? Do you have a knack for creating compelling brands and generating high-quality leads? We are a busy, successful real estate sales team seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to drive our business to new heights.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our relationship with our sphere of influence, past clients, and the realtor network. You will work closely with our team leader to align with our business objectives, with a primary focus on optimizing our new website, SOCIAL MEDIA, and more for lead capture and delivering an exceptional online experience for our clients, including home valuation tools, property search and the like. Our goal is to focus 80% on sellers and 20% on buyers, nurturing our existing relationships to drive referrals and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build our brand and generate a consistent inflow of leads.
– Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with our target market.
– Enhance our relationship with our sphere of influence, past clients, and the realtor network, focusing on referrals and repeat business.
– Oversee the optimization of our new website to ensure seamless lead capture and an excellent user experience.
– Create and implement lead-generating content tailored to our desired audience.
– Work closely with the team leader to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive growth.
– Join weekly team meetings and marketing meetings with the team leader (weekly) to discuss strategies and results.
– Work on marketing for the entire team and individual agents.
– Provide statistical results and insights to guide marketing strategies.(weekly and monthly)
– Discuss and implement the strategy for the Coastline Club to engage our SOI and create value-based marketing to engage our realtor network for a consistent referral system.

Our Coastline Club refers to a special group or program designed to nurture and engage with highly valued clients, often comprising past clients who are influential in generating referrals or repeat business. This club typically includes individuals or entities who have a significant relationship with the business, such as frequent clients, top referrers, or those who have shown strong loyalty.

The primary goals of a Coastline Club are to:

1. Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by offering personalized attention and exclusive benefits.
2. Encourage Referrals: Leverage the goodwill and satisfaction of existing clients to generate new business through referrals.
3. Enhance Loyalty: Provide incentives and benefits that encourage repeat business and deepen client loyalty.
4. Create Value-Based Marketing: Develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with this select group, showcasing success stories, special offerings, and personalized services.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Experience with website optimization and lead capture.
– Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
– Creative and innovative mindset with a results-driven approach.
– Preferred but not required: familiarity with Brivity, ActivePipe, ClickUp, Bright MLS, Canva, Descript, GoDaddy and Fello.
– Experience in the coastal real estate industry is a plus.

Develop campaigns targeting our sphere of influence and past clients, showcasing success stories and unique offerings.
Participate in networking events or webinars to strengthen realtor relationships and showcase our portfolio.
Deepen engagement with past and current clients to encourage referrals and testimonials.
Establish a feedback loop with the sales team to ensure effective lead capture and nurturing from realtor referrals.
Conduct a progress review with the team leader.

Next 30 Days (61-90): Optimization and Long-Term Planning

Goals:

Secure a robust and continuous referral mechanism from the realtor network.
Solidify our position within the sphere of influence and among past clients.
Optimize and establish long-term plans for social media and transaction coordination.

Tasks:

Continuously refine social media content calendar using advanced analytics.
Launch additional social media campaigns aimed at lead conversion and audience growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted offerings or incentives for the realtor network.
Roll out loyalty programs or engagement initiatives for the sphere of influence and past clients.
Present a detailed report on engagement effectiveness with the sphere of influence, past clients, and realtor network, including social media and transaction coordination performance, clear ROI, and continuous improvement suggestions.
Conduct a final review with the team leader.
