We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us continue our success in the Real Estate industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of managing the marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company’s objectives, and contributing to its overall growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including market research, brand management, campaign development, digital marketing, and customer acquisition/retention efforts.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary Range: $2,500-3,200 CAD Monthly.

Job Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to plan, execute and optimize Digital ad campaigns across various platforms. You will be working alongside the team to manage internal paid advertising to promote the company’s new-age spirituality products.

Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
-Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and business growth.
-In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across both traditional and digital channels.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
-Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

While this is a Remote Position, you are expected to be reachable and online from 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies:
-Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
-Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives, target audiences, and positioning strategies.
-Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets, incorporating various channels and tactics to achieve business goals.
-Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Brand management:
-Establish and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
-Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing initiatives.
-Manage the company’s online and offline brand reputation and ensure a positive brand image.

Digital Marketing:
-Oversee direct-response marketing campaigns, direct-response copywriting angles, paid advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
-Monitor website analytics, track KPIs, and optimize digital campaigns to maximize online visibility, traffic, and conversions.
-Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Campaign development and execution:
-Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to develop creative assets and marketing collateral.
-Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
-Lead the creative direction of all marketing campaigns, aligning all relevant sectors from copywriting, design, media buying, email marketing, and community management.
-Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and consistently track our progress toward revenue goals.

Customer acquisition and retention:
-Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
-Implement customer retention programs and initiatives to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
-Leverage customer insights and feedback to enhance customer experiences and refine marketing strategies.

Team management and collaboration:
-Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-Set clear goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for professional development.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.
