We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives that support the business objectives across various customer types and personas. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, utilizing various digital marketing channels, and driving customer engagement and conversions. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing strategy, proficiency in project management, and a strong focus on funnels, G Ads, SEO copywriting experience, strategy, integrator, and automation.
Responsibilities:
1) Marketing Strategy:
– Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our business objectives across different customer types and personas.
– Utilize segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies to effectively reach the target audience.
Implement and optimize marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
2) Facebook Ads:
– Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads platform.
Conduct research, write compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
3) G Ads:
– Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads platform.
Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
4) SEO
Copywriting Experience:
– Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility and rankings.
– Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search performance.
– Demonstrate proficiency in copywriting, ensuring high-quality, SEO-friendly content creation.
5) Integrator:
– Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels and teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of strategies.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize marketing workflows.
6) Automation:
– Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and automate marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
– Implement automated email marketing campaigns, lead scoring, and behavior-based triggers.
7) Email Marketing:
-Utilize strong knowledge in email marketing to plan and execute email campaigns, create workflow diagrams, automation workflows, segment lists, and conduct A/B testing.
-Develop email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
8) Campaign Management:
– Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
– Utilize project management tools to develop and manage content calendars.
9) Content Creation:
– Create compelling content, including video, news, events, social media posts, emails, podcasts, and whitepapers, that aligns with campaigns and the overall marketing strategy.
– Demonstrate proficiency in copywriting and maintain excellent grammar and spelling skills.
10) Digital Marketing:
– Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
– Plan, develop, execute, and measure effective campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
11) Analytics:
– Proficient in marketing analytics, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
– Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and identify opportunities for improvement at both the campaign and content levels.
12) Brand Management:
– Manage the brand, including developing brand guidelines, creating marketing collateral, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
13) Market Research:
– Conduct market research, including competitive analysis, customer surveys, and if required, focus groups.
14) Communication Skills:
– Possess excellent communication skills, collaborate effectively with other teams, communicate marketing plans and ideas, and deliver engaging presentations.
– Demonstrate strong writing skills.
15) Project Management:
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including creating campaigns, content, and project plans.
– Establish timelines, monitor progress, and effectively manage deadlines under pressure while maintaining accurate records.
16) Creativity:
– Possess a creative mindset and the ability to develop new and innovative marketing ideas.
– Think outside the box to create unique marketing campaigns that differentiate from competitors.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:
– At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on email marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, analytics, and event planning.
– Proven experience in developing and optimizing marketing funnels.
– Proficiency in Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
– Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing SEO strategies for improved organic search visibility.
– Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating compelling and SEO-friendly content.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
– Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, for workflow automation and lead nurturing.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software to effectively manage campaigns, content calendars, and timelines.
– Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing plans and ideas.
– Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, for data analysis and reporting.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
– Creative thinking ability to generate innovative marketing ideas that differentiate from competitors.
– Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Slack), visual collaboration tools (e.g., Miro), and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
– Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite for scheduling and managing social media campaigns.
– Familiarity with ad accounts on platforms like Meta, Google, Twitter, and LinkedIn for managing advertising campaigns.
– Strong Adobe suite knowledge for graphic & video creation.
